The use of subcontractors is specific to our company, as we only contract with companies that carry out their activities on the basis of our exclusive mandate.

Monitoring to ensure quality

In order to provide a professional service, our company constantly monitors its staff, the execution of tasks, the day-to-day compliance with the rules and regulations in force in the field and the implementation of the service. Our legal operations are also monitored by the Police Authority and the Professional Chamber.

a targeted inspection of a single duty station,
a check on the specific knowledge of the tasks of the persons assigned to the place of employment,
monitoring the implementation of specific tasks,
evaluation of data otherwise obtained to record the performance of the service.

Staff selection, training

To ensure that the most qualified people are available for the job, we constantly edit and use our training plan, collect training needs, and keep records of training and qualifications. A further aim of running the monitoring system is to obtain information on the current state of skills and knowledge of staff. This will enable us to assess training needs on an up-to-date basis.

Our uniforms are designed to meet the complex requirements of our clients. They are designed to be appropriate to the nature of the task, practical and seasonally appropriate. To ensure that our staff are easily identifiable by anyone, all our uniforms are clearly marked with the SYRC Security Ltd logo.
